In the studio, I like to work calmly and paying attention to every detail. In a private session, the goal is to understand how each person moves, where they need support, and how we can adjust the exercises so that the practice makes sense for their body.
Classical Pilates truly works when there is time to practice consistently, close guidance, and a direct dialogue between the teacher and the practitioner.
